Please complete the form below including a description of the problem. The request will be reviewed and processed and you will receive a response within 24 hours. If approved, please follow the instructions provided with the RMA number.

Please note that RMA numbers expire 7 days from issue date. If a product is not received within 7 days of RMA, a new RMA request form must be completed, and the previous RMA number will be void.

All returned product must have the RMA# on the outside of the packaging.
Any returns without this RMA number will not be accepted.

Average turnaround time for RMAs vary depending on stock and product availability. GST will contact the customer if we experience a delay outside a 1-2 week period.

All defective merchandise must be in original packaging, including all manuals, cables, etc.
